Reservation data goes to the front-of-house system (Sevenrooms) to confirm your booking and send a single reminder. Analytics is aggregated, never tied to you personally.

Under EU GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at hello@theboathouseibiza.com. We respond within 30 days.

Reservation records are kept for 24 months for accounting and recurring-guest recognition, then deleted. Analytics is rolled up to monthly aggregates after 13 months.
