1985

2005
After two decades of seasonal kitchens across the island, the family opens On the Beach in Cala San Vicente — the first table where the menu was as small as the cove itself.

2016
A renovated boathouse on the same beach, larger crew, the same idea: share food with people you love while the sea decides the time of day.

2025
Our zero-km farm opens behind the dunes — tomatoes, herbs, leaves and edible flowers walk to the kitchen the same morning.

Chef de cuisine
Trained in Amsterdam, Madrid and Bangkok, Lieke runs the kitchen with her brother Sven on the pass. Her food reads like a postcard: a paella that nods to Valencia but speaks Mediterranean Ibiza, a curry that travels from Bangkok back to the cove.
