Our pantry is a quiet map of the Mediterranean — Galician beef, our own zero-km farm five minutes from the kitchen, buffalo mozzarella from a single dairy outside Naples, mezze that travels from Beirut, and the catch our captain lands at the cove that morning.

Captains, sail in. Drop anchor at Cala San Vicente, message us with your VHF or WhatsApp, and our skiff brings the table to you. Lunch, drinks, paella for the whole crew — served on deck or in the sand.
